Ramuz Trophy – POSTPONED

Due to the forecast for strong wind tomorrow (Sat. 28th Sept.) the Ramuz Trophy event at WOBYC has been postponed. It is hoped to re-schedule it, maybe in November. More info about that soon.

Junior Regatta – Sat. 21st September

Well done to the 8 juniors who sailed in the races on Saturday morning.

In the Open Fleet for the Frithvale Shield, Tom Betts won the first race but then did too much capsizing! Harry Purvis and George Madin tied for first place on corrected time in the second race but George made sure of overall victory by winning the 3rd race. Harry was 2nd and Max Stratford 3rd.

In the Regatta Fleet Monty Farrar, sailing his Optimist, retained the Colin Fuller Trophy. Nathan Clark was 2nd.
