Race Officer tips and techniques

Calling all Race Officers and Assistants for the WOBYC summer season!

There's a meeting on Friday 11th April to help you understand what's involved in running the racing on Saturdays and Sundays. Do come along! The bar will open at 6 pm and the meeting starts at 7.

Topics include deciding on courses, setting start lines, the use of the flags, recording and timing finishers, common problems - and of course, coping with Average Lap Races!

Please note - this is open to everyone and might also be helpful to people who are new to racing, including juniors and their parents.
